Endorsee will be responsible for knowledge and observance of all Oregon boating regulations, and for undue damage to any boating equipment. No refunds can be made on rental equipment for any reason. Twin Lakes staff reserves the right to remove rental equipment if being abused or misused.
Personal floatation devices are provided for all boat rentals, and are included in boat rental fee.
